Painting any form of water is incredibly difficult but the author offers clear instructions, using a step by step technique. If you’re a complete beginner, she also tells you how to prepare the paper and what colours to use. I’ve been painting for fifteen years or more and have enjoyed reading through this book and looking at the excellent pictures and demonstrations. It is also very good value for money. I’ve paid a lot more for a good art book in the past. Highly recommended for any watercolour painter or potential watercolour painter.
